Avocado tartare with crab recipe details
For 4 people
200 g of crab
3 avocado pears
˝ red pepper
2 limes
2 soup spoonfuls of sunflower oil
1 soup spoonful of chopped coriander
1 soup spoonful of hazelnut oil
Tabasco, salt and pepper
1. Cut the avocado pears in half. Peel, and remove the stone. Dice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Remove all the pips from the pepper and dice. Place in a salad bowl with the cubes of avocado and the crab.
3. Whisk the juice of a lemon with 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco, salt and the 2 oils. Pour into the salad bowl and add the chopped coriander. Mix gently.
4. Place the tartare into glasses or individual bowls. Serve immediately with warm blinis.
