Cod recipe a la parisienne details
1 kg of cod
1 glass Solo Chardonnay
1 large tin of button mushrooms
6 tomatoes
2 soup spoonfuls of olive oil
1 soup spoonful of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper from the mill
1. Pre-heat the oven with the thermostat on 7 (210°). Drain the mushrooms. Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings.
2. Line an oven-dish with oil. Arrange the tomatoes in the dish and add the mushrooms. Salt and pepper.
3. Cover with the cod. Pour in the white wine, salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle the fish with breadcrumbs and a trickle of oil.
5. Leave to cook in the oven for 10 minutes and serve immediately with white rice or fresh pasta.
