Solo Syrah with Indian chicken

Indian chicken recipe details
For 4 people
4 chicken legs
3 plain stirred yoghourts
1 lime
3 soup spoonfuls of sunflower oil
6 soup spoonful of a mix of Tandoori spices
1 soup spoonful of paprika
2 cm of ginger
1. Mix the yoghourts with the grated rind of the lime and the grated ginger. Add the lemon juice, the Tandoori spices, the paprika, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours. Drain the chicken legs. Sprinkle with a pinch of the Tandoori spices.
3. Cook for 20 minutes at full heat on a high grill.
